Your privacy is important to us and we have strict policies to protect the information you share with us. Our privacy policy ensures that we will not sell,
share or rent any of your personally identifiable information to third or outside parties except with your express permission (an example would be when
you ask us to process your credit card, your card information does go through the processing services) or as required by law. Our site will not set cookies
on your computer. Our sites may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content or lawfulness of the linking sites.

MEMBER'S MATERIALS
All photographs of members displayed on this site are provided by the members who are solely responsible for the content of the photographs and related
advertising text. All members are over the age of 18. Member’s releases for all members are maintained by the publisher at their corporate address
below. The Independent Entertainer's Network, LLc assumes no responsibility for the correctness of advertisements on this site and cannot be held liable
for any claims arising from member ads.

Disclaimer
The Independent Entertainer's Network is simply a publisher and not a content provider. Therefore, most materials are published as they are submitted by
our clients.

Text
The Independent Entertainer's Network only accepts advertising for legal services. Text submitted for new advertisements with any reference to illegal
services of any sort will be rejected in full and all monies will be refunded. Text submitted for updates to existing advertisements with any reference to
illegal services of any sort will cause that ad to be canceled without any monies being refunded. Text may be edited for clarity and grammatical accuracy
only. The Independent Entertainer's Network staff may not help you write or develop your text or profile.

Photos
The Independent Entertainer's Network does not accept or publish ads which contain images with illicit or illegal activity. The Independent Entertainer's
Network does not accept or publish ads which contain nude images. A signed Advertiser Agreement is required for all entertainers/persons appearing in
any photos published on the site.

The Independent Entertainer's Network does not accept visual content covered by Section 2257 of Title 18 U.S.C., which regulates the keeping of records
associated with the publication of sexually explicit images. Consequently, all images which include depictions of actual or simulated sexual contact between
two or more persons, or which depict actual or simulated masturbation will be rejected for publication in the Independent Entertainer's Network. In
addition, any image which depicts the lewd exhibition of the genital area of any person is also unacceptable and will not be published.

Photographs of minors are not acceptable for publication in the Independent Entertainer's Network. The Independent Entertainer's Network reserves the
right to refuse publication of any image that, in the opinion of the Independent Entertainer's Network, appears to be of a minor or which suggests or is
intended to convey the impression that the subject of the image is a minor.

The Independent Entertainer's Networ also reserves the right to request age verification materials for any member who appears to be 25 years of age or
younger. Verification requires the presentation of clear color copy of a government issued photo ID. This can be done via a clear, color scan of ID emailed
to the Independent Entertainer's Network.

Photos may be submitted via postal mail or electronic mail. You may mail your hardcopy photos to the address below. Digital images may be submitted
via disk or CD to the address below or as attachments to the email below. Digital images should be submitted as .jpg files if possible.

Minor processing is offered by Independent Entertainer's Network to clean up photos including the reduction of background images to reduce file size,
blurring and tattoo removal to protect identity and cropping to focus image on subject and to adjust the overall quality by adjusting brightness, contrast or
color balance.

All images published on the Independent Entertainer's Network will have an Independent Entertainer's Network watermark placed on the photo for
copyright purposes although the original image rights continue to belong to the photo owner. The copy of the processed image published on the
Independent Entertainer's Network may not thereafter be copied from the Independent Entertainer's Network without permission of the Independent
Entertainer's Network.

The only lettering allowed on photos is photographer copyright information and this information must be no larger than 80x32 pixels.

Responsibilities
We cannot take any responsibility for the loss of any materials submitted to the Independent Entertainer's Network. Please only submit copies and never
originals.
